Hey, I’m Caroline
Before teaching yoga full time, I worked as a salesperson at Google NYC. Yoga was a great way to combat the chronic back pain and burnout I experienced from living a stressful, nonstop lifestyle.
Soon after pivoting to teaching movement, it became clear that burnout was also possible and likely teaching 1:1 classes (especially once the pandemic hit).
I have merged my business experience with my passion for teaching movement and seen phenomenal success. I am ready to help you do the same! I want to show you how to make and deliver scalable online offerings that make you money, doing what you love.

Meet Caroline
I’m Caroline and I’m a Yoga and Business Coach who specializes in teaching yoga teachers to create kick-butt scalable online yoga offerings. In the past year, I’ve successfully launched multiple different scalable online yoga products which have allowed me to move away from an exhausting 1:1 private class schedule, increase revenue, and offer higher quality programming based on specialty, technology, and inclusivity.
