I teach strong, alignment focused, Vinyasa classes that will challenge you.  I believe in pushing ourselves for self-improvement daily (tapas) in some way or another, be it physical asana or in striving to improve upon the world we are blessed to live in, according to yogic and other Eastern teachings.  I encourage mindfulness themes and intention setting as a part of class, approach each practice with a sense of humor and enjoy moving to an uplifting soundtrack.
