Yoga has changed my life. It will change yours too, if you dedicate yourself to the practices.


I teach strong, alignment focused, Vinyasa classes that will challenge you.  I believe in striving for self-improvement daily (tapas): be it physical asana to learn more about ourselves, or contributing to the world we are blessed to live in.  I have found yoga and other Eastern philosophies to be helpful guides for a more balanced, intentional and purposeful life.  I encourage mindfulness themes and intention setting as a part of class, approach each practice with a sense of humor, and enjoy moving to an uplifting soundtrack.
