SPEAK UP

  • This is a conversation.  Speak up before and during class.  Tell me when you aren't feeling 100%.  Tell me what hurts.  Tell me how you are feeling before class.  Tell me (if you're willing to) what's going on in your life.  Yoga is a very healing practice - even if just one hour per week, it can help you cope with what's going on outside your yoga.

TRUST YOUR INTUITION

  • If something isn't feeling right today, give it a rest (Child's pose, Savasana).

HAVE FUN

  • Let me know what you want to do on any given day (chant, sing, dance, fly, lay, rest, restore).
