✅ Write a welcome message (example templates here)
Dare of the Day:
✅ Send welcome messages to 2-3 of your most recent followers
✅ Tag me in a screenshot of your completed dare!
DAY 2
Today’s tasks of the day are:
✅ Save yesterday's welcome message as a Saved Reply in Instagram (instructions here)
✅ Repeat affirmation exercise as many times as needed
✅ Write an IG Live invitation message and save it as a Saved Reply in Instagram. Note: you will have to type this with thumbs on your phone. (template text here // instructions for saved replies here)
Dare of the Day:
✅ Send IG Live invitation to 3-5 current students, teachers, or followers
✅ Tag or send me a screenshot of your completed dare!
DAY 3
Today’s tasks of the day are:
✅Come up with three thoughts, teachings, rants you want to share with your students/ audience that you can articulate in 15 seconds or less.
Dare of the Day:
✅ Go Live on your Instagram stories, sharing those few thoughts (as random as they might seem!). You can always preface them by saying these are three messages you want to get across today. Keep it simple, check out my IG first thing tomorrow morning and I’ll share my examples!
DAY 4
Today’s tasks of the day are:
✅ List the Who, What, Where, When and Why of your upcoming Live
✅ Create script for short 15 second videos that will include all the above information.
✅ If you are conducting an interview for your Live, here’s a question/answer template for you to prepre
Dare of the day:
✅ Announce your Live in your Instagram stories!. Be sure to include the Who, What, Where, When and Why details in writing as well as spoken

✅ Go live!!
